In this locked state\, we don’t let ourselves receive all the love that the world wants to give us\, or allow all the love inside us to flow out into the world.  \nBut love wants to flow\, nonetheless. Sometimes life knocks so hard on the door that it becomes impossible to resist. Sometimes the love in us feels like it is bursting to be shared.  \nHow then to unlock our hearts?
