DESCRIPTION:Prajna welcomes everyone and everything to these open meetings\, referred to as  “satsang”. A warm welcome to be\, without pretense; to give full allowance for everything that arises in you\, light and dark. \nIn doing so\, what is unconscious becomes conscious. Awareness remains. As the content of mind/emotions empty into the wider context of you\, liberation unfolds naturally\, and uniquely for each person. You do not lack anything to realize your completeness. Inquiry\, contemplation\, and a stillness practice of “allowing everything to be as it is” — is a doorway to ‘direct knowing’ — ‘prajna’ — and embodying your wholeness. \nPrajna will begin with a guided meditation to silence followed by an open conversation on a particular aspect of awakening\, integration and embodiment. \nPrajna is here from California and is a spiritual teacher\, therapist\, and mother of three children\, Prajna is known for her depth of presence and welcoming every part of who we are to liberation.
