DESCRIPTION:I’m offering a short workshop for anyone curious about my work (or anyone who already knows it and wants to come along).   I call it “This Beautiful Work” because it is all about embodying and welcoming whatever inner experience we are having – and doing this is beautifully simple\, and strangely not necessarily easy.\n\nWe will spend the time in various ways – some sitting (as in meditation\, self-observation)\, some moving\, some paired enquiry.  I will give guidance in all of that\, and you do not need to have previous experience.\n\nYou can read more about my approach on my website – www.thisbeautifulwork.weebly.com\n\nPlaces are limited to 10.  Cost £30 – £20 (depending on means).  Booking is essential – please email me to book a place joannawatters@gmail.com
