DESCRIPTION:Time for you is a small\, supportive group for mums/female carers of children with additional needs.  It is a chance to take some time without your children to: \n\nTake time and space for YOU\nShare how being a mum of a child with additional needs transforms us\nRe-fuel\, play with words and images and say what needs to be said\nListen to what YOU need and how this fits into your life\n\nWe will use words\, images & coaching tools.  There is no need to be ‘creative’ just willing to give it a go. Your child doesn’t need an official diagnosis. \n“For me the course was life changing. SUMMARY:Feldenkrais Weekly Awareness Through Movement
DESCRIPTION:This 8 week course of Somatic Movement Lessons can help balance\, posture\, mobility\, coordination\, and develop body awareness.  Suitable for those wishing to maintain/improved mobility\,  they offer a re-education of poor postural and movement habits from the inside out. \nCome join us if you are comfy with working laying on the floor.  You need to bring a mat and a blanket\, and wear loose layered warm clothing.  Those with chronic persistent pain are recommended to take 1-1 Functional Integration prior to attending a class – if in doubt\, get in touch! \nIf you feel like this class is for you\, but you haven’t tried one before\, you are welcome to try one class before joining the course.  However\, booking is essential.  £65/8 weeks\, try one class £10. \nRead more about Feldenkrais classes at www.lifeworks4.me.uk  and for bookings/payments see details below. \n
