DESCRIPTION:Six part Introduction to Herbal Medicine on Tuesday evenings\, with Clare Shippey\, Medical Herbalist\nWe will look at some of the different ways of administering herbs as well as what they are used for. You will learn how to make botanical preparations that can be used in the treatment of everyday ailments. This will include making ointments\, tinctures\, vinegars\, teas\, infused oils and syrups.  \nOver the six weeks we’ll look at the uses of 12 different herbs in some detail. This will include meeting the plants through tea tastings.
