Time for YOU – for mums of children with additional needs

Time for you is a small, supportive group for mums/female carers of children with additional needs. It is a chance to take some time without your children to:
- Take time and space for YOU
- Share how being a mum of a child with additional needs transforms us
- Re-fuel, play with words and images and say what needs to be said
- Listen to what YOU need and how this fits into your life
We will use words, images & coaching tools. There is no need to be ‘creative’ just willing to give it a go. Your child doesn’t need an official diagnosis.

WHEN: Tuesday 12.15-2.15 pm from 15th October with a Taster session on 8th October
WEEKLY: 8 weekly meetings, term-time only

child with autism, and found attending the group so rewarding
