~ an introductory workshop with Joanna Watters

I’m offering a short workshop for anyone curious about my work (or anyone who already knows it and wants to come along).   I call it “This Beautiful Work” because it is all about embodying and welcoming whatever inner experience we are having – and doing this is beautifully simple, and strangely not necessarily easy.

We will spend the time in various ways – some sitting (as in meditation, self-observation), some moving, some paired enquiry.  I will give guidance in all of that, and you do not need to have previous experience.
