A time to court the joystream of life with our voices, to drop into stillness, and to offer our prayers up.

We’ll begin with some gentle breathing and voice-warming practices to arrive with ourselves and with each other. Then with respect and care, we’ll open to the healing medicine of the world’s songlines.

All are welcome ~ whether you consider yourself a singer or not. The chants, mantras and songs we’ll journey with are simple and easy to pick up, many shared in the call and response form. No technical ability is needed; we’ll just let our hearts sing.

Eliza is known as a Song Carrier of integrity and depth. She is committed to creating spaces that are both safe and alive, where the power of chant can then lift our spirits and call us home to what matters.
