This 8 week course of Somatic Movement Lessons can help balance, posture, mobility, coordination, and develop body awareness. Suitable for those wishing to maintain/improved mobility, they offer a re-education of poor postural and movement habits from the inside out.
Come join us if you are comfy with working laying on the floor. You need to bring a mat and a blanket, and wear loose layered warm clothing. Those with chronic persistent pain are recommended to take 1-1 Functional Integration prior to attending a class – if in doubt, get in touch!
If you feel like this class is for you, but you haven’t tried one before, you are welcome to try one class before joining the course. However, booking is essential. £65/8 weeks, try one class £10.
