Gentle Evening Flow
Last month we started with a breath practice that helped us to come into our bodies. Interacting with the world from this place can be a way to have more satisfying and rich experiences with each other and the world around us.
This month we will interweave knowledge of 3 wild plants with our bodies, of course being February starting with our hearts ♥️. Perhaps the next time you go for a walk you will look at the plants we discuss in a new way.
The yoga is a gentle blend of mostly floor based flowing movements that strengthen and release tension, particularly this month exploring the area of our upper spine, chest, arms and hands. Everything optional and you go at your own pace so everyone welcome.
